Hot Foil Stamping
Hot foil stamping is generally our most popular and cost effective method of branding or applying your logo onto a box. This method of branding is most often used for one colour and can be applied to both our flute and paperboard materials.
The foil is available in a vast range of colours or you could choose to stamp without foil to create a deboss or emboss of your logo onto the box. To start the process, we will provide you a PDF die line of the box you wish to brand. You or your graphic designer can then place your artwork onto the die line in the correct position and print size. From this die line our co-printer will produce a customised plate. This plate has a one off cost depending on the size and detail. It can be re-used for subsequent orders. Our printer then uses your plate to hot foil stamp and transfer foil onto your packaging at a high temperature. This will give your product a luxurious appearance and feel. Once your foil stamping is complete we commence the finishing process of die cutting, gluing and assembling your boxes. Assembly is available upon request. We offer a low volume minimum order quantity for hot foil stamping of 250 units. Should you wish to order larger quantities, we offer price breaks depending on the volume.

CMYK printing is generally used for applying branding consisting of 2 or more colours within your artwork onto our boxes. CMYK printing can be used for branding on either flute or paperboard materials.
To start the print process, we will provide you a PDF die line of the box you wish to brand. You or your graphic designer can then place your artwork onto the die line in the correct position and print size.
Our co-printer will then print your artwork onto our cardboard material. If your box is made from our flute material, we will print your artwork onto a 170gsm sheet before either applying a gloss or matt laminate to finish. We then mount this sheet to our E flute cardboard sheet which is approximately 500gsm.
If the box you are looking to brand is made from paperboard then the mounting process is not required. We will simply print your artwork onto a 300gsm sheet and apply a gloss or matt laminate to finish. Once your CMYK printing process is complete we commence the finishing process of die cutting, gluing and assembling your boxes. Assembly is available upon request. We offer a low volume minimum order quantity for CMYK printing of 500 units. This minimum is size dependent. Should you wish to order larger quantities, we offer price breaks depending on the volume.

Screen printing can be used to apply one or more colours onto our flute material. Screen printing is generally used for applying branding consisting of 1 or more colours within your artwork onto our boxes.
We typically recommend screen printing for branding your artwork onto our flute materials. Especially where the flute already has a gloss laminate. To start the print process, we will provide you a PDF die line of the box you wish to brand.
You or your graphic designer can then place your artwork onto the die line in the correct position and print size. Our co-printer will then print your artwork onto our flute cardboard material. Screen printing is a technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate. The mesh is stretched over a frame and a stencil is formed by blocking off parts of the screen in the negative image of the design which being applied to our flute.
The open spaces are where the ink will appear on the flute which will ultimately be used to produce your custom branded box. Once your screen printing process is complete we commence the finishing process of die cutting, gluing and assembling your boxes. Assembly is available upon request. We offer a low volume minimum order quantity for hot foil stamping of 50 units. Should you wish to order larger quantities, we offer price breaks depending on the volume.
