Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from day of order. As every order is different, your order will be packed and weighed before a final freight costing is provided. One of our staff members will email you an invoice which will include your final freight cost.
Your invoice will need to be paid in full before dispatch. If ordering a custom made box, a 30% deposit is required upon ordering. The final 70% will be required before dispatch. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex and EFT.
Delivery times: Metro Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide is 1 business day. Metro Brisbane is 2-3 business days, Perth is 5-7 business days.
